2. Principle

This offering works without a user account. Neither name nor address nor email address is collected. The license key is the only identifier and allows no conclusions about a person.

3. When you visit the website

To deliver the site, the web server processes technically necessary data such as the IP address, the time, the address requested and the browser identification sent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure operation.

No cookies are set for analytics or advertising, no reach measurement is carried out and no content is loaded from third-party servers.

4. When you buy

Payments are processed through Mollie B.V. or PayPal. Payment details such as card or account information are processed there only and never reach us.

What we store:

• the provider's payment reference and the payment status
• amount, currency and the term purchased
• the time of the payment and of the consent to immediate delivery
• a hash of the license key – not the key itself

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and (c) for the retention. Order and payment data are subject to the statutory retention periods, as a rule ten years.

5. When you use the software

When requesting a ticket, the software transmits the license key and an identifier of the computer. The computer identifier is stored as a hash only; the original value is not kept. The purpose is to enforce the limit on the number of computers purchased. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg – payment processing.

No disclosure beyond that takes place.

7. Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Please note: as no account is kept, we can only match a request to you if you give us the payment reference or the license key. Without them, matching is technically impossible.

8. Changes

This policy will be adjusted if the processing changes.
